Winning the SME Customer Centre of the Year and the Inhouse Customer Centre Manager of the Year categories at the CCNNI Awards is a testament to our commitment to deliver excellent service to our customers. We have grown our customer base to over 50,000 customers and the service we provide to them remains as important as day one of the business. We continually look for innovative processes and systems to keep pace with customer demand and growth, ensuring that our customers can receive the best possible service as we continue to rollout full fibre broadband across Northern Ireland and Cumbria.  Our customer service team are a key touchpoint in our customer’s journey, and I am proud that their dedication and work has been recognised through both awards.

To win the Senior Manager award for me was really special on the night. In total I have 24 years in the Contact Centre business, 24 very happy years and for me to receive this award in my last year in Danske Bank was really special.  It means so much to me and I am very grateful to my team for nominating me and to CCNNI for all the support over the years. I am also  absolutely delighted to see Jen Bicker from Customer Direct win a silver award too. Jen has been an absolute star from she joined Danske Bank in our Portadown team she totally deserves this recognition. Danske Bank was delighted to receive 4 awards overall and to have so many finalists there as they are all winners to get that far. All in all a really exciting night enjoyed by everyone who was there. Thanks to CCNNI for organising such a great event which gets bigger and better every year!
