Celebrating Excellence across Northern Ireland
Winners Announced at Gala Ceremony!
Recognising the Industry Leaders!
The leaders of Northern Ireland’s customer contact industry have been celebrated at this year’s eighth annual ceremony hosted by actress and comedian Diona Doherty.

Celebrating the excellence of the people and companies who make up the dynamic contact centre industry in Northern Ireland, the 2025 Awards recognised both individuals and organisations from across Northern Ireland, a crucial sector which contributes significantly to the NI economy and employs over 20,000 people from across the region.

Held at the prestigious Belfast City Hall, the annual celebrations saw 22 Gold winners presented in 17 major categories and Silver also recognised across many of these, demonstrating the breadth of talent and the critical economic contribution of a sector that continues to raise the bar for customer experience across the region.

Danske Bank UK claimed the evening's top honour, Business of the Year, whilst BNP Paribas Personal Finance was recognised for Specialist Team of the Year and Energia Group won for People & Culture. Other winners included Allstate Northern Ireland, EE, Power NI, NIE Networks, ScreenCloud, Hub NI, Fibrus, Ulster Bank, Echo Managed Services, Capita, Firstsource Solutions, Invest NI, Translink, GLL/Better and NFU Mutual, reflecting the diversity of organisations driving excellence across the sector.

CCNNI Director Jayne Davies said: "It’s vitally important to recognise the people and companies that make this industry thrive. I’d like to extend a warm congratulations to all of the winners and finalists who have excelled in these rapidly changing times. Our finalists have set new benchmarks for excellence and we are proud to showcase their talent and innovation."

Stephen Lomas, CCNNI Chair and Allstate Technology Support Centre Lead Service Manager said: "Allstate Northern Ireland believes in celebrating the people who are critical to driving both team and organisational success. The Contact Centre Network NI Awards play a vital role in sustaining the strength of this industry in Northern Ireland – showcasing excellence, highlighting the businesses and individuals driving innovation, and reminding us of the incredible talent that powers this sector. Recognising that talent isn’t just rewarding – it’s essential for the future of our industry.”

The proud winner of three categories, ScreenCloud's Director of Customer Support, Harry Spence, said: “It’s been a tremendous year for the Support Team and for ScreenCloud as a whole. The team has worked tirelessly to launch and enhance new systems designed to deliver an even better experience for our customers, including the introduction of an AI-driven self-service platform seamlessly integrated with our world-class support team. I’m thrilled that this dedication and innovation have been recognised. I’d like to extend my sincere thanks to the CCNNI for hosting a great event and the entire ScreenCloud Support Team for their outstanding work throughout the year. It’s also fantastic to see Allen’s individual contribution celebrated with his own award. There’s still so much more to come, and we’re excited to build on this success as we continue to raise the bar for customer experience in the year ahead.”
