Managers and consultants with experience in running WFH and hybrid operations have joined forces to form Spacial, a new hybrid working consultancy.

Spacial will assist organisations in designing and optimising their hybrid operating models as well as carrying out diagnostics and assessments of businesses’ current capabilities. It will also deliver on-going, side-by-side management support; executive leadership; people engagement and cultural support services; and marketplace and workplace studies.

The consultancy will focus initially on advising organisations running large scale and highly process-driven front office (e.g. customer contact centre) and back office (e.g. accounts support) hybrid operations.

“Barely a day goes by without hybrid working making the headlines - whether that be a business leader advocating a return to the office, or a new piece of Government legislation making it simpler for employees to make WFH requests” said Spacial Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer Michael Gray. “Spacial will bring knowledge and experience to this complex debate.”

“Lockdown changed the workplace forever” added Spacial Chairman Mark Walton “and organisations must now optimise their strategies and operating practices to be effective in this new world of work. Hybrid working strategies - alongside cultural and technological change - has a major part to play in this process, so getting it right will be crucial.”
